Jim Smeltz has been painting for over 45 years in the Pennsylvania
Impressinonist style. Influenced by artist of Cape Ann, Ma. and New Hope, Pa. He has been in many juried shows at university galleries and museums. He has won over 70 awards including many Best of Show and 1st place blue ribbons.
