Tricia LippertTricia Lowrey Lippert moved to the Pocono Mountains in 1987. She is originally from the Connecticut shore. She received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Oil Painting from Marlboro College, Marlboro, Vermont in 1981. She studied at the Lyme Academy of Fine Art in Old Lyme, Connecticut from 1981 to 1983. She also studied at the Banff Centre of Fine Art in Banff, Alberta, Canada during the summer of 1979. She has participated in an art workshop in the Provence region of France as well as taking painting classes at both the New Jersey Center for the Arts and the Baum School of Art in Allentown, PA.

In the 1990s, Tricia taught painting at the Dunmore Senior Center, Dunmore, PA.; the Buck Hill Art Association, Buck Hill, PA; and The Lucan Center for the Arts, Scranton, PA.

Lippert is an award winning artist with two Best in Shows, several other awards and honorable mentions. Her work is featured in many private collections through out the Northeast United States. Currently, she is not represented by any art galleries, but shows regularly at Mt. Bethel Animal Hospital, Mt. Bethel, PA where she works and the Ship Inn, Milford, New Jersey where her husband is the chef. She also runs a rotating gallery at the Ship Inn for emerging artists. In the summer, she paints with a group of Plein Air painters called “Come Paint with Me” headed by Joan Polishook of Hemlock Farms. She has had several solo shows at the Dutot Museum in Delaware Water Gap, PA.
